We are looking for a highly organized VFX Coordinator to join our pack. If you got the skills and timing of the shepherd then what are you waiting for, let's talk more.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Shotgrid. 

  • Experience of 2 years minimum.

  • Good communication and coordination skills with clarity to purpose. 

  • Highly organized.

  • Good understanding of VFX workflow and process. 

  • Reporting well structured way. Ensuring quality control measures. 

  • Ability to work in challenging situations and come up with creative solutions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Organize VFX meetings and screenings as required

  • Attend and take notes during production/VFX meetings and dailies sessions

  • Maintain project schedules and milestone notes. 

  • Keep VFX Supervisor informed of calls and schedule changes

  • Book meeting sessions internally with the team to review notes etc. 

  • Ordering and administration of source plates and VFX elements as per VFX Supervisor.

  • Assisting with supervision of sessions

  • Recording client notes and approvals.

  • Maintaining and monitoring project status.

Type of assignment

  • Full time

  • Remote with possibility to work in the Stockholm office.

  • Be eligible to work as a contracted freelancer and not under any embargo or restriction of any sort (we work globally, but recent world events have shaken things up).
